ABOUT MISS GOLDFIRE
A powerful five-year-old mare, she is a half-sister to black-type winner Tightenourbelts and by super-sire Yeats.
A winner of her sole start in a bumper in 2023, she enjoyed a break, and we waited for better ground to start her off in the Mares’ Bumper at Cheltenham’s April Meeting. Running under a penalty, she ran a superb race, finishing behind our talented Anno Power. She will come on heaps for the run and will go hurdling next; it won’t be long until she’s in the winners’ enclosure.
We have no doubt she will give her owners a lot of fun.

A winner of her sole start in a bumper last season, ambitious targets, including the Mares’ Listed Bumper on Imperial Cup Day at Sandown, before the Grade 2 Mares’ Bumper at Aintree, mean she is highly regarded.

She made a hugely promising start at Cheltenham Racecourse’s December meeting, jumping superbly before being just touched by Nurse Susan. She looks sure to progress for the run.
She is eligible for the Great British Bonuses scheme, in which British fillies and mares receive £20,000 for winning races in the program.
