TRUSTINTIMES MAKES IT BACK TO BACK WINS AT UTTOXETER

Trustintimes defied a penalty with a pleasing victory in the opening two-mile Novice Hurdle at Uttoxeter on Saturday 14 June  in the colours of the Time On Our Hands Boys’ syndicate.

He is proving nicely progressive, having won a bumper tidily at Kempton in March before making a successful debut over hurdles at Uttoxeter early in May.

Provided ground conditions remained suitable I was keen to give him more experience before his summer holiday and while his jumping lacked fluency at times on Saturday, he showed a good attitude as he led at the final flight on his way to beating Hope Rising by two and a half lengths.

Trustintimes was our fifth winner of the season and is learning all the time. Only four, he is definitely going the right way and is one to look forward to when he comes back into training in the autumn.
