VALADON EARNS FOURTH HURDLES WIN

Valadon bounced back to form with a determined victory in a Class 4 handicap hurdle over two and a half miles at Plumpton on Monday, 9 March.

He was much happier on the drying ground, travelled well through the race, jumping tidily, was prominent throughout and found more when hard pressed by Oakley’s Way in the closing stages.

Still only six, Valadon has now been successful four times over hurdles, and was racing from a mark only 1lb higher than the day he last won at Fontwell in April 2025.

We will look for another suitable handicap for him once he has been re-assessed.
