Alabama Way (IRE)
Alabama Way (IRE)
2022 bay filly by Shirroco (IRE) ex Lilywhite Gesture (GB)
Alabama Way is an exciting mare who made a highly impressive winning debut in a maiden point-to-point at Tullaghmore. Travelling smoothly throughout, she moved into contention with ease, jumped accurately, and led before the final fence to win with plenty in hand, suggesting there is much more to come.
A racey, athletic mare with plenty of scope, Alabama Way has all the attributes to progress through the ranks, and will start out in bumpers in the Autumn. From a strong family that includes Rhinestone Cowboy, Wichita Lineman, and Duhallow Gesture.
